We exhort all our members to avoid coming to the Hospitals due to your health and everyone else. Remember that if even the slightest respiratory symptom appears, the recommendation is to isolate at home and contact us immediately.
SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS, PROCEDURES AND STUDIES
All surgical interventions, procedures and studies are suspended until April 13th.
Every doctor will contact each patient to reschedule.
MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
If you have a scheduled appointment we suggest:
- To cancel if it is not urgent and can wait (ex. Follow up, yearly appointments)
- In case it’s already booked and you are not able to cancel it due to first need motives, the doctor will contact you by phone.
HOME DOCTOR
If you call home doctor, you will be contacted previously by phone by the medical team to evaluate the situation.
Remember that it’s important to take care of every resource to not overload the system, Let’s be responsible before each consultation because then the health team may transform in a disease vector.
HOSPITAL SCHEME

PARKING
It’s no longer allowed for the valet to drive or park your car.
COFFEE SHOP
The coffee shop is restricted exclusively to the patient’s visitors.
If you currently have any respiratory symptom, we exhort the use of disposable face mask when entering at the Hospital.
