Recomendations for people during isolation
Recommendations for people isolated at home who have the disease or have been signalled out as a suspicious case.
- Don’t leave your home.
- No visits allowed.
- Keep all rooms ventilated.
- Use exclusively the bedroom. Keep the door closed.
- When you must exit the room, use disposable face masks and wash your hands properly.
- Don’t share cups, tableware, phone, etc.
- Wash the tableware separated from the rest of the family’s with boiling water.
- In case of sharing any object, disinfect with alcohol.
- In the room you must have a wastebasket with lid to throw paper tissues, then discard with de bag closed.
- Just one person in the family must carry out the care. That person must wash.
- After using the bathroom disinfect it with hypochlorite and disinfect surfaces with alcohol.
- Wash clothes separately and with hot water.
