MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS

As we adjust to the new Multimodal Agenda System and by virtue of the latest recommendations against the pandemic, we recall how you should do to manage your medical consultations:

 

Telephone consultation Telephone consultation with your head doctor - and in person when they indicate it’s necessary.

Telemedicine Consultation It is carried out through the Mobile Application of the BH. We have several specialties in this modality. Reservations online or by phone.

Face-to-face Consultation It is requested through the Appointments Department or by requesting advice from Scheme Department.

 

 When to request it?

·         When the doctor indicates it.

·         When the appointment could not be resolved by another mean.

·         When the reason of consultation is an urgent concern and has not found a right answer for the solution.

·         When the appointment is for the same time (or in case the patient does not have a head doctor).

 

How and where to request it?

In the Appointments´ Department, extension number 2740.

In Hospital Scheme, extension number 2201 to receive assistance.

 

 

When coming to consultation remember:

 

• Using face mask at all times (obligatory).

• Using gel alcohol when entering.

• Avoid attending with companions.

• Maintain social distance in common spaces.

• Not having respiratory symptoms or fever **

• Not have been in recent contact with a Covid patient **

** In these cases, you should consult your doctor, request home visit or mobile emergency.
