CYCLE 2022: Meal Prep Low Cal Course

During the course, besides projecting what we are going to eat each day and choosing recipes with low-calorie foods, we will try to give practical tips to have an organized weekly diet.

 

Making complete preparations or part of them and having them in the refrigerator or freezer will help us getting closer to our goal and require little time for the final daily preparation.
