Within the framework of its relationship and cooperation policy with the main reference centers in the region and in the world, the British Hospital of Montevideo signed a collaboration agreement with the British Hospital of Buenos Aires to carry out actions and programs in areas of common interest.
The central axis of the alliance will be the training, research and training of its professionals, as well as sharing the best practices in hospital management and administration, both aspects that will result in strengthening the ties between both institutions and will benefit their patients. and users.

The agreement includes the commitment to allocate resources for the development of joint actions and projects, whose target will be to reinforce and enrich the practices of each institution.
The meeting took place at our Hospital and included the participation of the Presidents of both institutions, Alejandro Mansilla Lockwood, for Argentina; and Christopher Golby, for Uruguay, responsible for signing the agreement. The Argentine delegation was completed by Eng. Juan Irigoin, General Director; for the medical area, the Medical Director, Dr. Alejandro Kohn and the head of the Teaching Department, Dr. Pablo Young. The Head of Nursing, Carolina Giuffré, was also present.
