We invite you to a workshop with traditional biscuit making to share with your family.
We will teach you the basic preparation techniques, proofing, baking, jellies and the different fillings. We will make homemade croissants, pastries (ojitos), croissants, greasy bread, bagels and other preparations from the Uruguayan Bakery to share with the family.
Tasting in situ and what is prepared will be a gift to share with the family.
