Cardiovascular Health
A team of multidisciplinary professionals is devoted to make changes in our members´ lifestyle through the education of healthy eating habits, body care and stress management, discovering the pleasure of learning to take care of ourselves and improving life quality.
Course length: Annual.
Professionals in charge: A multidisciplinary team integrated by the Cardiologist Dr. Roberto Superchi, the Nutritionist Maren Torheim, the Graduates in Psychology Silvana Abbate and Anabel Viera.
