The aim of the course is to analyze how stress affects the living of each person and how to develop tools to manage and even reduce it.
During the meetings, the emphasis will be focused on the evolutionary formation of the Central Nervous System, on its evolution, its functioning and on being able to understand that it can protect us but it can also make us sick.
The approach is basically aimed at stress management and the reduction of techniques including practical workshops.
Professional in charge: Multidisciplinary team made of Cardiologist Dr. Roberto Superchi, Nutritionist Maren Torheim, Graduates in Psychology Silvana Abbate and Anabel Viera.
Length: 8 weeks. Start 2020:
• March the 18th to May the 6th
• June the 10th to July the 20th
• September the 2nd to October the 21st
