In the edition of this year's World Breastfeeding Week, we have planned several activities that are particularly relevant to the nutritional care of pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Our nutritionists team and the Breast Clinic planned for this week a complete detail of the key nutrients in feeding for this stage. Among the suggested tips we found: make the 4 main meals, start with a good breakfast, and do not go for long periods without intakes. Pregnant mom can not miss: three dairy per day; meat once a day; vegetables of different colors daily, 3 fruits per day, 2-3 crude oil tablespoons, bread and plenty of fluids preferably water. During lactation the mother's nutritional requirements increase to support the growth and development of children. Part of this increase is obtained from stored nutrients during pregnancy, but the rest should be added by food for the mother. She must add to the daily diet: a dairy, a fruit and bread. To enjoy recipes that address these requirements, we invite our mothers (pregnant and breastfeeding) at the Workshop Mom Gourmet on August 21 at 18 hrs. 2487 10 20 ext. 2740
