During this Breastfeeding edition Week we have planned a new Gastronomic Workshop aimed at our pregnant members. Our nutritionist team and the Breastfeeding Clinic along with the Chef Diego Ruete, planned a gastronomic workshop and interactive recipes designed exclusively for nursing mothers and pregnant women. The idea is to combine key ingredients for this stage of the woman with simple recipes. Among the suggested tips we found: make the 4 main meals, start with a good breakfast, and do not go for long periods without intakes. Pregnant mom can not miss: three dairy per day; meat once a day; vegetables of different colors daily, 3 fruits per day, 2-3 crude oil tablespoons, bread and plenty of fluids preferably water. During lactation the mother's nutritional requirements increase to support the growth and development of children. Part of this increase is obtained from stored nutrients during pregnancy, but the rest should be added by food for the mother. She must add to the daily diet: a dairy, a fruit and bread.
