Secrets of gluten-free cooking II

We invite our Hospital Scheme members to a theoretical-practical workshop where it will be taught to prepare stuffed pastries, pizzas, dough for pies and gluten-free pies. From the hand of our Chef Adrian Parrilla and his team, we will cook discovering the main tips for this type of elaboration. We will also have the dissertation of Mr. Fernanda Larrea the graduate in Nutrition.
