A workshop where we will talk about restful and quality sleep.
How can we achieve it? How many hours should we sleep? What do we mean when we talk about sleep hygiene? How does sleep or what we dream affect our mind? Why do we suffer from insomnia? Is it normal to snore? And stopping your breath during the sleep?
At the end we will have a space for exchanging and clarifying all the participants`doubts.
