Coverage: • Emergency or urgency situations outside Montevideo. • Must be authorized and coordinated with our doctor on call. • Authorizations: Tel. 2487 10 20 ext. 3000, available 24 hours a day. • Institutions: Any health assistance centre outside Montevideo. Once your assistance has been authorized you can go to the closest institution. Please note that some centres will charge the British Hospital directly, but most of them will ask the patient to pay for the services. In these cases the payment will be return at the Scheme office.
