Well-being and brain, how to turn our intention into action?
Research indicates that core dimensions of psychological well-being can be cultivated through intentional mental training. “Brain and well-being” is part of training your brain to move towards well-being, with a new concept from the evolution of neuroscience. Not only can your brain be changed with training to get out of suffering, but we can move towards well-being by applying Mindfulness strategies.
Led by Cardiologist Dr. Roberto Superchi and a multidisciplinary team.
