WORKSHOP | Self-esteem in adolescents

We invite you to participate in a workshop specifically designed to reflect on the importance of self-esteem in adolescence, a key stage in emotional development.

During the workshop, we will address:

· The role of the family in self-steem.

· How to detect signs of low self-esteem.

· Strategies to strengthen self-esteem at home and in the close family relationships.

Your participation is essential to continue building spaces of support, listening, and growth for our adolescents.

At the end of the workshop, we will have time for questions.
