Our challenge is to take care of ourselves

Due to the celebration of the World Breast Cancer Day last Friday, October 19th, the British Hospital carried out a series of awareness, education and prevention activities aimed at its employees, members and patients, under the slogan " Our challenge is to take care of ourselves”. The dissemination of the prevalence and methods of prevention of the disease, were the basis for an internal tour of awareness and information, in which employees were also invited to join the fight by identifying it with the campaign badge. To this was added a leisure-recreational activity in the staff room, focused on the acquisition of healthy eating habits, and the delivery of informative brochures on risk factors and means of prevention in the hall of the Morales Street Polyclinic. The patients who received treatment in the Oncology Unit were given talks about healthy diet, sexuality and mindfulness. +gallery
