Sedentary is associated to a low skeletal- muscle activity that is why it is very close to the physical inactivity as well as one of the most important risk reasons in the development of chronic non-communicable diseases. Adding thirty minutes of physical activity per day benefits your health and reduces the chances of becoming ill. It can be thirty continuous or fractionated minutes along the day.
